Known as the official launch of the awards season, the Hollywood Film Awards took place at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Monday evening (October 21).
At the 17th annual ceremony, Matthew McConaughey was given the Hollywood Actor Award, while Sandra Bullock received the Actress prize.
Celebrated for their supporting roles, Jake Gyllenhaal nabbed a Supporting Actor trophy while Julia Roberts won Supporting Actress.
Later, Harrison Ford's long time in showbiz was marked with the Career Achievement Award.
Also on hand for the swanky night out, included big stars such as Octavia Spencer, Kanye West, Camila Alves, and Jared Leto. Check out the stars all glammed up for the first stop of the awards season below.
