At 10 a.m., start the day off with a parade on 4th street between Gass and Stewart followed by a festival on the Fremont Street Experience from 12:30 p.m.- 10 p.m. Enjoy music from Mexican singer Graciela Beltran who serves as the parade's grand marshal.
